Sylwia will guide you on a journey of self-discovery and emotional release at our upcoming mini day retreat focused on psychosomatic yoga and unlocking hidden emotions within the body.

We will delve into the fascinating realm of psychosomatics, understanding how our emotions manifest physically within our bodies. Through guided introspection and exploration, you'll gain insights into your own body and its unique expression of emotions.

The day begins with an introduction to psychosomatic. Followed by a breath work and a therapeutic practice of conscious self-massage, designed to release tension stored within the body and promote relaxation and grounding for our next practice. 

We will then start our gentle yet powerful yoga movements, seamlessly intertwined with conscious breathwork to foster a deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. As you flow through the poses, you'll cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner harmony, laying the groundwork for emotional release and healing with TRE® exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma.

Following a movement practice, we'll guide you through breathing exercises aimed at clearing energetic pathways and fostering emotional catharsis through vibration, this will stimulate a vagus nerve, enhancing the parasympathetic nervous system and slowing down sympathetic activation.

To conclude your journey we will finish off the day with a dancing meditation, empowering you to fully embrace the present moment. It restores the body from inside out, calms the nervous system, releases stress and tension and revitalises the organs and lifts energy.

There will be time to enjoy the outdoors of our beautiful location, appreciating and being grateful for what is. Allowing ourselves to truly be present in the moment and take in every beauty there is, from within and without. Our mini retreat will be complemented by a yummy plant-based treat and a selection of teas, providing nourishment for both body and soul throughout the experience.

We will finish at 1.30pm, with an optional lunch together at The Retreat in Colin Nash Restaurant at your own charge.
