We begin our day with a range of hot refreshments followed by an introduction from Zoe and Katy.
Katy will then lead us in a guided meditation and a brief introduction into what mindfulness is, which will be explored further, throughout the day.
We will then create gratitude lists.
Zoe will bring in breathwork exercises before guiding us through a Vinyasa flow where we will be moving from one posture to the next seamlessly, using our breath.
A soul nourishing vegan lunch will then be served, lovingly prepared by our on-site Crow Spotter Café.
After lunch we will be heading outside on a sensory, nature walk (weather permitting, please bring layers, comfortable shoes and an umbrella / raincoat).
Katy will then bring us back indoors for a deeper discussion on the 7 principles of Mindfulness – what they are and how to bring them into everyday life.
Our Yin Yoga session will be brought to you by Zoe this is a slower, more meditative practise where we hold the postures for longer.
Zoe will then close our day together with a beautiful Yoga Nidra where we will be invited to move into a deep state of relaxation.
Teas, drinks and snacks are provided throughout the day and all are included in the price

About us
Zoe Lee
I’m a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance UK, I have a wealth of experience, running Yoga Holidays, Day Retreats and Specialised Workshops, teach at Yoga Festivals and Corporate Events.
I run friendly and welcoming classes, working on alignment, flexibility, strength and most importantly the breath.
My gift as a yoga teacher is to help my student’s find calmness through breath and movement to look internally and discover their true self.
Whether you are an absolute beginner, advanced Yogi or something in-between I will guide and challenge you at a level suitable to your needs, treating you with care and respect.
Katy Wise
I’m a Mindfulness teacher/trainer, Children’s Yoga Teacher, Massage Therapist, Reiki Master and Piano Teacher from Bournemouth. I am passionate about Mindfulness as I have found it extremely beneficial in my own life. This led me to share what I had learnt with those around me, offering a safe, supportive environment and teaching others how to lead a more mindful life and connecting like-minded people.
