Rejuvenate and restore with a nourishing Yoga Flow & Nidra workshop this beautiful New Forest location. Some of the event will be held outside (weather permitting) on the grounds of The Retreat New Forest, in a small, socially distanced group.
In this two hour workshop enjoy a deeply nourishing yoga flow before coming into blissful relaxation with Yoga Nidra meditation. Giving you the opportunity to unplug, re-connect to yourself, and restore body, mind, and soul.
The yoga flow will be appropriate for all levels of yoga as modifications and options will be given. Relaxation will take place lying down in a comfortable position.
The Retreat New Forest is in easy reach of Bournemouth, Poole, Lymington and the New Forest, just a few miles from Christchurch in Hinton.

About the organiser:
Gail is an accredited Wellness Coach and Yoga Teacher. She trained in India with world renowned Himalayan Master, Yogrishi Vishvketu (PhD), and draws on knowledge of the traditional practice of Hatha Yoga including posture, breathwork, relaxation, meditation techniques and philosophy. Through yoga, Gail aims to encourage more balance and connection with mind, body and breath, and encourage more calm.
