Give yourself the ultimate gift of calm by taking some time out for you. 

Rejuvenate and restore with a nourishing Yoga Flow & Nidra workshop in this beautiful New Forest location.  The event will be held outdoors on the beautiful grounds of the Retreat, in a socially distanced group. 

In this two hour workshop, we will work through a warming and deeply nourishing yoga flow before coming into deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra meditation. Giving you the opportunity to unplug, re-connect to yourself, and restore body, mind, and soul.

The yoga flow will be appropriate for all levels of yoga as modifications and options will be given. Relaxation will take place lying down in a comfortable position.

The Retreat New Forest is in easy reach of Bournemouth & Poole, just a few miles from Christchurch in Hinton.

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat, blanket, cushion,

  • Water bottle

  • Something to cover your eyes (eye pillow or small scarf/towel)

  • Sunscreen

About the organiser:

Gail is an accredited Wellness Coach and Yoga Teacher. She trained in India with world renowned Himalayan Master, Yogrishi Vishvketu (PhD), and draws on knowledge of the traditional practice of Hatha Yoga including posture, breathwork, relaxation, meditation techniques and philosophy. Through yoga, Gail aims to encourage more balance and connection with mind, body and breath, and encourage more calm.
