This full day retreat in the beautiful south room aims to help you 'Let go of what no longer serves you from 2022' Welcome to this warming, retreat day of stillness connection and mindful movement. A chance to let go of your responsibilities and just BE you and gently shift into the winter months.
This retreat aims to shed what no longer serves you, just as the trees shed their leaves in Autumn we can shed what weighs us down and warm up from the inside out, leaving you with a sense of calm and 'INNER GLOW'.
This full day of Mindfulness will include:
A grounding/ settling meditation. Putting down what no longer serves us and setting positive intentions
Gentle mindful movement to step into the body, to drop down from the whirlwind mind, releasing energy blockages which can lead to low emotions.
A 45 minute deep, meditation/ relaxation. Lie down in your nest of blankets as I guide you through the body visualising each part being warmed by the sun's energy and letting go of the stresses and strains being held in the body from the year gone by....melting tensions
Journaling What are my barriers to feeling ease and contentment?Followed by visual meditation to release barriers
Mindful eating. I invite you to enjoy some delicious plant-based food from the crow spotter chef
Mindful walking with guidance indoors and freer mindful walking outdoors connecting with nature (weather permitting) or more gentle mindful yoga postures/body tapping
A closing sitting letting go practice with journaling
Followed by an amazing gong bath by viv an hour to deeply release all that has come up throughout the day...lie back and be healed by the gongs
Closing circle & sharing
You will leave the day with warm hearts, happy tummies, chilled minds and energised bodies.
This day is suitable for all. As an introduction to the main mindfulness practices if you are new to mindfulness, or an opportunity to deepen your practice if you already have some experience
I look forward to connecting and sharing with some new and familiar faces
