Welcome to this Mindfulness Retreat day to 'Let go of what no longer serves you'. We all have habits and self-limiting beliefs that keep us stuck and lower our self-esteem. This day invites you to release tensions in the body and let go of barriers in the mind so you can flourish and open up to living more joyfully
The full day of Mindfulness will include:
A grounding/ settling meditation to arrive in the beautiful South Room at the Retreat New Forest.
Visual meditations to remove/ smash down your barriers and chose a healthier, more positive path.
Body tapping~ to tap out self-limiting beliefs
Cleansing and releasing Breathwork
Gentle, mindful movement to step into the body, to drop down from the whirlwind mind, feeling into what your body wants and needs to let go of.
A deeply relaxing, body scan mediation. Lie down in your nest of blankets as I guide you through the body, imagining you are releasing all of the tensions held in the physical body.
Plenty of guided journaling and reflection time to connect inwards and manifest new, empowering self-beliefs.
Mindful, walking outside connecting with nature and walking yourself 'home'
A sitting (or lying) practice of loving kindness, gratitude and confidence.
You will leave the day feeling lighter in body and mind, letting go of what no longer serves, making way for better choices
Suitable for all. As an introduction to the main mindfulness practices if you are new to mindfulness, or an opportunity to deepen your practice if you already have some experience
