To this Mindfulness retreat Morning at the beautiful Retreat New Forest. Come together to ground your mind, gently move your body, breathe and be in the stunning barn studio and grounds here.

The morning will include

  • Meditation

  • Nreathwork

  • Gentle mindful movement

  • Mindful walking connecting to nature and our senses

Leave rested and restored

Herbal teas and sweet treats included. If you wish to, you can have lunch after at the delicious, vegan crow spotter cafe on-site and stay to explore the grounds.
