Spring Equinox Yoga & Creative Retreat Morning
Yoga ~ Meditation ~ Relaxation ~ Intentional Art
‘Spring is far more than just a changing of the season, it’s a rebirth of the spirit’
~ Toni Sorenson ~
Spring is Nature’s New Year. The season of light, life and possibility. This Yoga Retreat Morning marks a new beginning – emerging from winter to plant seeds of intention for the next stage of the year.
Harness the spirit of spring with Yoga, Meditation, Relaxation and Intentional Art to set intentions for the new season, let go and make room for new growth and possibility.
· Yoga Flow, Meditation & Sound Healing Relaxation (with Gail Taylor)
· Intentional Art Workshop in the Wild Fern Studio (Tania Ware).
We will begin in the Retreat’s beautiful South Room for guided meditation, calming breathwork and a gentle flowing yoga practice to awaken and renew. Practice will finish with a special sound healing relaxation, blending calming humming bee breath ((bhramari pranayama) & Tibetan singing bowls.
Afterwards we will take a mindful Spring Walk in the Retreat’s beautiful grounds, before moving to the Wild Fern Art studio, where you can bring your intentions to life with materials and guidance from Tania Ware, the Retreat’s Therapeutic Art Practitioner.
The morning will look something like this:
· 9:30am – Welcome, Settling and Guided Meditation (with Gail Taylor)
· 9:45am – Gentle Flowing Yoga Practice (with Gail Taylor)
· 10:45am – Relaxation with Humming Bee Breath & Singing Bowls (with Gail Taylor)
· 11:00am – Intentional Spring Walk in the Grounds (with Gail Taylor & Tania Ware)
· 11:15am – Move to Wild Fern Studio for Tea & Light Refreshments (with Tania Ware)
· 11:30am – Intentional Art Workshop (with Tania Ware)
· 1:30pm – Retreat Morning Closes
Our intention is you will leave with a spring in your step, a hopefulness for the new season and appreciation for the beauty in life.
