Summer celebration with yoga, singing and Sound bathing.

Held in the Center Room

Price to attend £125 per person


Come and join Jane Morgan Jones and Sarah Warwick in the magical New Forest for a day of nurture and upliftment. We will have sessions of gentle yoga, healing sound baths and uplifting harmony singing, and a nourishing plant-based lunch.

The day will include:

  • 10.30 am - The day will begin with a welcome herbal tea or coffee

  • 11:00 am - A gentle Zen Yoga practise with the focus on breath work and heart opening postures to free the voice

  • 12.15 pm - Tea break

  • 12.45 pm - Sing your heart out with beautiful inspiring harmony songs from around the world

  • 2:00 pm - Healthy lunch and time to chat and walk in the forest

  • 3.30 pm - A healing and restorative floor-based Yin Yoga practise working on summer heart energies, leading into a deep healing sound bath, and mantra singing

  • 5.30 pm - Tea/coffee

  • 6:00 pm -Departure

Please note this workshop is suitable for all levels, no previous experience of yoga or singing is necessary (and you won't be asked to sing on your own!)


Your hosts

Jane Morgan Jones

Jane is a senior yoga teacher registered with the yoga alliance UK. Trained in Zen yoga and Meditation, Yin Yoga ,Face yoga, Aqua yoga and Aerial Yoga. She has taught all over the world and has a friendly , relaxed approach with an eye for detail and technique. Her background is in martial arts having been a member of the British team and 4 times UK chamion and winning silver medals in the World Championships. Janes passion is teaching and aims to bring a sense of fun and achievement to her classes.

Zen yoga works with the meridian healing system based on Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Sarah Warwick

Sarah Warwick is a singer, songwriter, sound healer and facilitator.

After 10 years in the music business as a successful recording artist, she had a life-threatening illness, and turned her attention to healing sound and singing for heart and soul. For the past 20 years she has dedicated her time to helping others find their own voice and authentic self-expression. Sarah works in London, China, Greece and Turkey. She facilitates uplifting and creative courses in singing, song-writing and sound healing, dedicated to promoting health and well-being.
