With a mix of Zen Yoga, energising Vinyasa Flow, restorative Yin Yoga, breath work, acupressure, visualisation and ending with a relaxing Nidra Mindfulness Meditation.
This is an exciting opportunity to try these different yoga styles with two experienced and friendly yoga teachers. You will leave the practice feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and healthy.
Suitable for all levels including beginners.
