Beginning the journey of self-love, opening your radiating heart, restoring & nourishing the most important relationship in your life - the one with yourself. Connect with your innermost being. Focusing on the heart chakra, your energy centre for love, caring & compassion. Through guided meditation, pranayama, yoga (flow & yin), nourishing locally sourced plant-based lunch, optional meditational walk, guided relaxation & yoga nidra we explore a deeper sense of self-love. Set in the beautiful grounds of The Retreat New Forest with a goodie bag to take home. I look forward to welcoming you!
Instructions
The day begins at 10am (please arrive 5 mins early so we can all meet & start the day together) & finishes at 4pm. Due to covid restrictions please bring your own mat & any props (blanket/cushion/bolster/blocks all optional) you wish to make yourself as comfortable as possible. Wear comfortable clothings & bring something warm enough so you can fully relax.
A vegan lunch & tea/coffee will be provided (please do advise in plenty of time of any dietary requirements so I can accommodate you). It's recommended to bring a water bottle to keep by your mat. There is plenty of parking directly outside The Retreat & further parking in the overflow to the left of the building.
