Autumn Equinox Gong Bath

gong-bath-scania-price.jpg

Come and join me for the Autumn Equinox Gong Bath in the beautiful New Forest. The Autumn equinox is upon us and I grieve for the emptiness that my heart feels for the days that we have not spent together over these last 6 months. This autumn equinox has brought us to the point of yet another change so join me in harvesting happiness and harnessing the powerful energy of this day. Of course, we will need to observe some guided rules but let’s honour the change of seasons.

Autumn is a time to honour the blessings and celebrate the harvest. Our ancestors used to celebrate the harvest festival of Mabon with their own rituals. They also knew it as a time to give thanks and express gratitude. It’s time to bring balance and harmony into our lives. This year has been a very strange and insular time for us, where everyone is separated and our social aspect curbed.  This is a limited person event and will be observing Government Guidelines, but it also will be deeply connecting, powerful, and allowing.

As the sun begins to sink lower in the sky.....

The word “equinox” comes from Latin and means “equal night,” referring to the roughly 12-hour day and 12-hour night that occurs only on the two equinox days of the year.

The Autumn Equinox is a meaningful time of year to honour the harvest. Whether that be a "real" harvest of the things planted in your garden or the harvest of efforts and intentions for your life path that you set earlier in the year.

The changing seasons are key points in the cycle of life in nature, and within this cycle, many ancient cultures perceived a powerful deeper message for humanity. During these last 6 months I have noticed my deeper connection to the cycles and my intense scrabbling to link back to the wild soul in me.

Indigenous cultures recognised earth-based wisdom and understood that the four focal points of the year: the Winter Solstice, Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, and Autumn Equinox; illuminated stages of an inner spiritual journey – a spiritual cycle that the individual takes within themselves.

I feel that my conscious connection to nature's cycles, begins a greater understanding of my own cycle and this is a time to honour that.

We will be indoors in the fire room. The room will be well ventilated and there will be set out places where you will be socially distanced, this will be a limited attended event so it is vital you purchase your tickets beforehand.
