  • Book before 31st August and get it for £115 per person

Price includes all Yoga, soul-nourishing plant-based lunch. All teas, coffees, drinks and snacks are provided throughout the day and are included in the price.

Workshops and day retreats are non-refundable and non-transferable.


Please join us for a friendly, enjoyable day of yoga, relaxation, nourishment and insights into yoga alignment and yoga philosophy.

What you will enjoy on the day:

We begin our day with a range of hot refreshments and treats.

Followed by an introduction from Zoe and Lisa.

Breath Work and Vinyasa Flow Yoga

We will introduce breath work exercises, before guiding you through Vinyasa Flow Yoga. A flowing class harmonising breath and movement seamlessly moving from one posture to the next. Working on alignment, flexibility, strength and most importantly the breath.

There will be hand on adjustments, to help you into the poses.

We will guide and challenge you at a level suitable to your needs, treating you with care and respect.


Soul nourishing plant-based lunch

A soul-nourishing vegan lunch will then be served, lovingly prepared by our on-site Crow Spotter Café. Have time to relax with friends while enjoying the New Forest.

Fun and Informal Yoga Philosophy Discussion

Held after lunch - this will give us a chance to digest our food, rest and explore the Yoga Sutras and how we can interpret them to give meaning and insights into our own internal and external lives – a lively fun debate!


Yoga Asana Alignment Workshop – Understanding and Practice

If you want to improve your posture, strengthen your spine, and deepen your yoga practice in a safe way, this workshop will definitely add to your body awareness!

Unfortunately, many people get injured throughout their yoga practice because there is no body-awareness, correct posture (asana) alignments.

Any physical exercise without the right technique and execution causes constant stress on our body and eventually leads to injuries.

This 90-minute yoga asana alignment workshop gives you the basic principles of body awareness, asana alignments, core integration, correct common mistakes, the importance of Dhristi and to understand how to breath in your yoga practice, so that you can practice with confidence and grow strength and flexibility without any injuries.


The workshop will cover

  • Correct Alignment of Asanas & Principles

  • Bandhas, Dhristi, full range of motion

  • Core integration in preparation for Headstands

Closing the day with a beautiful healing Yoga Nidra guided meditation where you will be invited to move into a deep state of relaxation.

Suitable for all levels including beginners.
