Autumn Yoga ‘Rest & Reflect’ Day Retreat

In the heart of the New Forest, join us at ‘Retreat – New Forest’ for a full day to step away from the chaos, move mindfully and enjoy a lovingly prepared plant-based lunch at The Crow Spotter Café.

We will take things back to basics with a morning of Vinyasa Flow and an afternoon of Yin Yoga, combined with guided meditations focusing on letting go and reflecting on the year so far.

Reconnect with your breath and move freely this Autumn by gifting yourself one day to stop and just be – this is your time to relax, recharge and let go of what you no longer need.

Expect to feel strong in your flow practice, rested in your Yin Yoga practice and relaxed in your Meditation practices as you let go of stress and tension and give yourself permission to relax and just be in the moment.

9.45 – 10.15 am – Arrive & Welcome Tea/Coffee

10.15 am – Mindful Movement & Grounding

10.45 am – Vinyasa Flow Yoga

12 pm – Meditation

12.30 pm – Enjoy a Plant-Based lunch prepared by the Crow Spotter Café

2 pm – Breath Work & Gentle Flow

2.30 pm – Yin Yoga Practice

3.30 – 4pm – Yoga Nidra
