Christina and Sonraya are excited to invite you to come for a morning of nourishment, healing, inspiration and awakening. So often we get lost in our heads and thoughts that we forget to nurture the pure innocence of our Spirit Child, the pure essence we were born with. Our spirit that is both pure, innocent, and radiant, that carries the spark of our Divine essence.
Come join us to awaken your sacred heart to the magic and joy of your Spirit Child. We know when we are connected to our inner joy that we become a magnet to our heart’s desires, and we naturally create more happiness for ourselves and those around us.
As we gradually shed Winter’s coat, this is a perfect time to begin awakening to the stirrings in the Earth, allowing your own creative and pure Spirit to become ignited with inspiration. Follow a path of beauty aligns you with the sacredness of your Spirit and the beauty of Life itself.
The morning will include:
Creating Sacred Space to invoke the blessings of the Sacred Four Directions of Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Great Spirit.
Drinking Ceremonial Cacao, a powerful plant medicine that supports the opening of our hearts and to receive her deep nourishment and joy.
Honouring the pure essence of our Divine Child through playful curiosity, guided meditation, movement and dance, storytelling. This will be an invitation to participate both within the group, individually and with some pair work too.
We will invite the magical Nature Spirits and Elementals to come play helping us to heal any childhood grievances where our full expression has been shut down, supporting our magical child to come out and be free to explore and play.
Sowing new seeds for our creative endeavours to support our creativity, our enthusiasm and lust for life.
Finishing with a beautiful Sound bath with crystal singing bowls, to cleanse, soothe, integrate, and align with higher consciousness.

Christina Maria Kane and Sonraya Grace have a passion for holding and sharing sacred space supporting people to let go and become their authentic self. They embody deep wisdom, each offering their unique medicine that is a balm for soul, mind, body and spirit.
Whilst sharing in the beautiful intimacy of drinking Cacao, Christina and Sonraya were inspired to co-create this beautiful morning of sacredness for you. They are excited to welcome you.
Christina Maria Kane
Christina is a Sacred Cacao Medicine Carrier, holder of Sacred Space and Shanti Yoga Teacher. The creator of Shamanican Women’s Circle, with Miriam Martin, and Spiritdance, a freeing movement practice. Christina shares shamanic wisdom from the Q’ero Tradition in her Cacao Circle Training to support us to live in a deeper connection and reciprocity with the Earth.
Sonraya Grace
Sonraya is an Earth Wisdom Keeper, Rebirth Doula, and Intuitive Channel with a passion to support the global shift towards unity consciousness. She is an inspiring Author with her first book ‘Mother Earth is Calling You – Winter Wisdom’ published on 12/12/22.
She guides women on transformational journeys to activate and embody their Sacred Feminine Wisdom in balance with their Sacred Masculine Power. She offers Shamanic Drum Circles, Wise Woman Retreats and in 2023 she is excited to hold sacred space for mixed groups, bringing together a sense of community, healing and helping to expand our hearts to higher vibrations of love and truth.
