Blue Moon Manifestations Workshop – with Gail Taylor

blue-moon-manifestation-31-october.jpg

Join us for an evening of meditation, visualisation, and Yoga Nidra on the Halloween Blue Moon.  This is the perfect opportunity to set intentions for the future, gain clarity, and reflect on what can be released.

The full moon offers an opportunity to shift our lives for the better if we tune into our primordial connection with the subtle energy of the moon’s cycles.  This workshop is an opportunity to welcome the new season and celebrate the full moon on Halloween with embodied self-care and calming yoga practices that cultivate intention, re-connection and activation.

Yoga Nidra offers the perfect practice to initiate inner awakening, commit to your highest potential, and embed intentions deep into the subconscious mind.

This workshop is for you if you have a specific goal or vision that you are ready to bring into your life. It is also for you if you feel stuck, unsure, or tired of not moving forward in life, and seek more clarity.  Through meditation and nidra we will:

  • Visualise what is important for you in life

  • Activate clarity of mind

  • Evolve your relationship with intention setting (sankalpa)

  • Let go of what no longer serves and make space for new manifestations.

"The moon is a reminder that no matter what phase I'm in, I'm still whole."

What to expect and bring:

Yoga nidra will take place lying down in a comfortable position.  All practices will be suitable for all levels of yoga and meditation – beginners welcome.

The workshop will take place socially distanced in a large room with ventilation. There are limited places available, so booking is essential.

Please bring a mat, warm clothes, socks, blankets, eye masks and anything else you need to be warm and comfortable.
