Our carefully curated Pilates Day Retreat is designed to recharge you during this season, offering a rejuvenating experience that will leave you feeling refreshed, positive, and deeply at peace.
Our Pilates retreat begins with a warm and friendly welcome, setting the tone for a relaxing day. We'll start with a yoga-inspired stretch flow to warm the body and gently ease you into the experience, followed by a refreshing break with tea, coffee, and our homemade energy balls to fuel you ready for our full-body Pilates class.
Afterwards, enjoy a nourishing, freshly cooked group lunch, complete with a chance to unwind over a hot drink and chat with our guests or take some time out and have a stroll of the grounds.
The afternoon will then conclude with a calming guided relaxation and the soothing benefits of a one-hour sound bath, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed, balanced and rejuvenated.
