Wylde Green Kitchen is a plant based food business owned and run by Gilly Blasdale-Holmes. Originally formed in 2015, it was born out of a love of both creating and eating really delicious plant based foods. Gilly’s other love is gardening and growing her own organic vegetables and herbs, she is fascinated by the way in which plants can facilitate change and healing in the body. This theme is something that runs through all of Wylde Green Kitchens food, feasts that are not only vibrantly delicious but are highly nutritious and healing too.
