The biggest struggle of today is our mental health. Dealing with every day’s problems and challenges through or with emotional intelligence is the hardest task we have ever had to deal with.
Why is it so difficult, one may ask, simply because we have been talking about mental health and emotional intelligence, especially, only in the past 20 years.
We have not been taught, even today it is not a school subject anywhere, how to understand and deal with emotional intelligence. However, many researches prove that we are much more successful in life with high EQ than with high IQ.
But how can it be improved, can it be improved at all? The answer is a firm ‘yes’
Does it need to be taught and improved? Again, a firm ‘yes’
