Summer Bliss & Balance Retreat Day focuses on giving you the space and time to look internally; to observe, reflect and revitalize your inner self.

Discover your healing haven that is set in the bountiful natural grounds in the heart of The New Forest, where you can take time for yourself away from life’s demands and distractions. Ali and Jackie will support you, ensuring you are prepared for the coming Autumn season.

Ali

A former primary school teacher is a multi-skilled yoga teacher devoted to bringing yoga and mindfulness to everyone of all abilities starting from toddlers and up. A lover of nature and travel, you will find Ali teaching on the beach, in-studio and online both in Poole and wherever the wind takes her.

Cassie

A dear friend of Ali’s and our Retreat Leader. Cassie has an abundance of experience in customer service and business. Cassie adds so much to our retreats and as a team, they are the perfect pair to ensure you have the most relaxing day.

Jackie

a Reiki Master and beauty therapist and close friend of Ali’s has been invited to join this incredibly special day to close the day with her healing as you rest in meditation. Jackie’s soothing, warm persona and energy will shine over you to help restore balance.

Day  Retreat  will  Include...

10:00 am - Welcome circle with warming tea allowing time to meet each other


10:15 am - Vinyasa Flow with Ali to refresh and rebalance your body’s natural flow. A delicately arranged sequence of standing and seated yoga poses that strengthens body and mind connection. The focus is on the journey rather than the destination.


11:45 am - Reflect, connect and intention setting.


12:30 pm - Lunch *A nutritious and colourful natural plant-based lunch to socialise with our like-minded individuals.


1:30 pm - walk senses activity Meditation walk within the beautiful grounds, immersing yourself in nature, giving you time to listen to what arises within. This time will begin together taking a meditation walk followed by free time to enjoy peace and time for yourself. For those who would like a little guidance, Ali will be offering private consultation with her tarot cards.

There is also a café, the Crowspotter if you would like to treat yourself to a chai latte or delicious treat.


2:30 pm - 60 min yin yoga *Float through the afternoon with pure relaxation and rejuvenation as you get cosy for your sleepy Yin Yoga practice. Ali will guide you through a passive and restorative floor-based sequence allowing you to clear away old energies, creating space for new.


3:30 pm - Meditation and group healing reiki with Ali and Jackie.


3:45 pm - Closing Circle


4:00 pm - Home Time


Retreat price:

£67 per person | £120 for 2 people

All of the above is included in the price as well as a delicious goodie bag to compliment the day. *Café items are optional and not included in the price.
