Are you looking for some time to restore and rejuvenate? This workshop celebrates women in all life stages and cycles with gentle flows, restorative yoga and extended yoga nidra relaxation. The yoga practice will honour our innate feminine strength and heart essence before coming into an extended deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra meditation and Tibetan sounds. Giving you the opportunity to unplug, re-connect to yourself and restore body, mind and soul.
We will finish with a refreshing tea, treat and an opportunity to reflect and connect. Why not continue your day of well-being with a delicious vegan lunch in the Retreat’s café or explore the gardens and nature nearby.
This workshop is suitable for all women including pregnant women, post-natal women (over 10 weeks) and women during and post-menopause. Please complete a health questionnaire before the day.

About the organiser
Gail is an accredited Wellness Coach and Yoga Teacher. She trained in India with world renowned Himalayan Master, Yogrishi Vishvketu (PhD), and draws on knowledge of the traditional practice of Hatha Yoga including posture, breathwork, relaxation, meditation techniques and philosophy. Through yoga, Gail aims to encourage more balance and connection with mind, body and breath, and encourage more calm.
Workshop price £30 per person
The workshop will be held as a small group in the Retreat’s cosy barn space. Places are limited so booking is essential.
