Six years ago, I created Flip the Script with a twist: unlike the serious, heavy approaches we’ve all been taught to manage negative self-talk, I discovered that it doesn’t have to be that way. Back in 2014, despite my successful career and seemingly extraordinary life, I was struggling inside, battling constant anxiety and inner negativity.
