Introducing Forest Family Yoga – the perfect way to experience family wellbeing, whilst enjoying a little bit of me-time.
We will be holding two separate, consecutive classes outdoors, in a socially distanced group for children and adults.
Hatha Yoga Teacher, Gail Taylor, will guide adults through a lovely slow flow on the lawn of the Retreat New Forest, before coming into a blissful relaxation.
Children’s Yoga Teacher Ali Morton will host a fun children’s yoga class recommended for children age 4 – 9. Children will actively learn through games, stories, and yoga postures. The session will finish with a nature walk, healthy snack, and fun craft activity.
A healthy snack and drink will be provided for children. Adults are invited to bring a packed lunch for the family, which can be enjoyed on the grounds of the lovely Retreat Centre.
If you want to make a day of it, there are fruit picking fields one mile from the Retreat, as well as numerous walks and activities nearby.
The Retreat New Forest is a haven for wellbeing, in easy reach of Bournemouth, Poole, Ringwood & Lymington, just a short distance from Christchurch in Hinton.
Please note there will be an opportunity to go indoors if the weather is not on our side. We will maintain social distancing.
