New Forest Mystic is offering a FREE evening of Sound Healing on Thursday 29th August at The Retreat New Forest.

A fully immersive experience of vibration, atmospheric lighting, aromas and sounds. Using a variety of instruments such as crystal bowls, percussion instruments, chimes and handmade Tibetan bowls.

If blessed with good weather the session will run open air on the lawn, otherwise it will be held in the Centre Studio.

Take time to relax and reset at The Retreat New Forest, enjoy the beautiful grounds and the relaxing vibes. The Restaurant and Terrace will be open all evening for refreshments.

For comfort we advise you to bring a mat, blanket and cushion.
