Do you find yourself overthinking? Not sleeping? Not feeling relaxed? Not enjoying life?
Fortunately, there are simple and effective meditation techniques you can learn to prevent overthinking and instead develop greater inner peace, calm and mental space.

In this half day meditation workshop, you will discover what you need to do to dispel the build up of stressful thoughts caused by overthinking things in your life. By applying some relatively simple meditation techniques, you will discover an experience of spaciousness in the mind, giving you clarity, calm and an ability to move forward in your life with freedom and ease.

You will learn how to:

  • Calm your mind down, meditate and focus

  • Let go of negative thoughts and feelings

  • Relax, find inner clarity, space and feel peaceful

Your teacher

Andrew de Selincourt is a qualified Kadampa Teacher who has been practising meditation for over 20 years. Andrew has a love of retreat and has engaged in many meditation retreats over the years. He brings a great wealth of experience and practical knowledge of how to find this inner peace through daily practice.
