The day will be filled with yoga, breath work, meditation, and creative activities; we can begin to explore techniques that will positively influence the mind, enhance performance and help control stress and emotions. You will also get to fuel your body and mind with a delicious healthy lunch, as well as having access to teas and coffees throughout the day and opportunities to take a walk and have some time to yourself.
Our aim is to give you the power to restructure the way you navigate burnout, assist you in improving the relationships around you, support you in breaking out of your comfort zone, and most importantly, give you the opportunity to reconnect back to yourself.

In a world where mens mental health is not a priority and this masculine, dominating version of a man is what society sees, I wanted to create a space free from expectations and ideas, to allow you to have an experience that will truly open your mind, and leave you to take whatever you need away with you. A way to start the new year with a new mindset. I want reintroduce the idea of a yoga retreat to you, and give you an opportunity to completely unravel what life has tied you into. Come as you are and leave with a sense of calmness, a clear mind, inspiration and motivation going forward.
