About The Teachers
Andrew de Selincourt is a qualified Kadampa Teacher who has been practicing meditation for over 20 years. Andrew has a love of retreat and has engaged in many meditation retreats over the years. He brings a great wealth of experience and practical knowledge of how to find this inner peace through daily practice.
Emily Danby has been practising and teaching meditation for over 15 years. She is known for her gentle and inclusive approach, drawing out the relevance of each practice to daily challenges we all face. She also draw on her experience as a mother and in her work with non-profit organisations. Emily lives with her family in Lymington.
