Let’s take it back to basics…learn to breathe as we were born to and to bring presence and intention into your yoga practice. We will enjoy an extended, traditional hatha yoga class and a grounding meditation.
Hatha yoga is about balancing the body and mind. ‘Ha’ represents the sun, and ‘tha’ the moon. The practice of Hatha yoga aims to join or balance these two energies.
Expect to move your body slowly and mindfully to challenge your strength and flexibility, while maintaining breath awareness and relaxation.
Join us for this mini morning retreat at ‘The Retreat – New Forest’ to rebalance the mind and body and leave with a sense of calm and clarity.
