· Vision Boarding Workshop in the Wild Fern Studio (Tania Ware).
The New Year Retreat Morning is a supportive space, allowing you to reconnect with what is truly important and clear space to welcome the new path ahead. Find more clarity on what matters, let go of what does not, and bring your intentions to life.
We will begin in the Retreat’s beautiful South Room for gentle flowing yoga practice to awaken and open the physical body. Gentle breathwork will guide us inwards and visionary meditation and relaxation will bring focus on what is important.
Later in the morning, we will move to the Retreat’s Wild Fern studio for a creative and mindful vision board workshop, to bring your intentions to life. A variety of materials and light refreshments will be provided, with mindful guidance to create and manifest your vision for the coming year.
The morning will look something like this:
· 9:30am – Welcome, Settling and Grounding Meditation (with Gail Taylor)
· 9:45am – Gentle Flowing Yoga Practice (with Gail Taylor)
· 10:45am – Vision Setting Meditation (with Gail Taylor)
· 11:00am – Relaxation (with Gail Taylor)
· 11:15am – Move to Wild Fern Studio for Tea & Light Refreshments (with Tania Ware)
· 11:30am – Vision Board Workshop (with Tania Ware)
· 1:30pm – Retreat Morning Closes
Tea, and light refreshments will be provided during the morning. The Colin Nash Restaurant on site also offers a lovely lunch menu should you wish to book (https://www.colinnashrestaurant.co.uk/)
This Retreat morning is suitable for all with a willingness to journey inwards, options and modifications will be offered for yoga practice.

About the organisers:
Gail Taylor
Gail is an accredited Wellness Coach and Yoga Teacher. She trained in India with world renowned Himalayan Master, Yogrishi Vishvketu (PhD), and draws on knowledge of the traditional practice of Hatha Yoga including posture, breathwork, relaxation, meditation techniques and philosophy. Through yoga, Gail aims to encourage more balance and connection with mind, body and breath, and encourage more calm.

Tania Ware
Tania is an Artist, Therapeutic Arts Practitioner and Art Life Coach, helping individuals discover the therapeutic benefits of art. Her lessons are designed to support mindfulness, self-expression, and personal growth, offering a unique space for creativity and relaxation.
