Living with the natural flow of your cycle rather than in opposition with it can help ease painful periods, help you learn to manage PMS and create a more fertile environment for which to birth new life or new ideas.

Gaining this awareness is the bedrock for menopause, difficulty managing your menopause can be due to a lack of connection to your cycle in your menstruating years. When your periods become less frequent in peri menopause or stop in menopause, living by the moon is the perfect ritual. So whatever stage of life you’re in, woman, this is the day for you.
Exploring the cycle in relation to moon phases, exploring life cycles in relation to the seasons, these retreat days will have two yoga practices a more flowing, embodied practice in the morning and a Fem-in-Yin or restorative practice in the afternoon, a themed workshop or yoga Nidra and delicious food to nourish you mind body and soul.
