The essence of this workshop will be 'meditation in action'. We'll explore asanas (poses) and how working the breath with awareness helps us to develop harmony - and unify the mind, body and spirit. As well as leaving refreshed, I'll provide a bespoke aromatherapy blend for you to take away to complement the workshop.
At least 2 years yoga experience is required, along with a steady inversion practice.
