Do you feel overworked? Overwhelmed by your 'to do' lists and daily anxieties? like your fight flight mode is constantly switched on? Then this full day retreat is for you. This day will serve to reset your nervous system.

With over 3 decades of combined teaching experience my husband Stuart and I want to share with you a tool kit of techniques we have learnt along the way, to ground, center and rebalance....within this fast-paced, frantic World.


The full-day will include

Mindfulness techniques with Linda of Mindful life Bournemouth, including:

  • Short portable practices to STOP and breathe

  • A deep body scan relaxation to let go of tensions held in the body *Acceptance & Commitment practice teaching you to 'be with' life's inevitable difficulties rather than fighting against them (this is a game changer!)

Stuart from Nourishing Moves will expertly guide you in

  • Active Breathwork to reset the mind *Gentle QiGong (on the lawn), to stretch, energise and restore balance to body & mind

  • Mindful, barefoot walking to ground in nature


The day will be spent in the beautiful south room and grounds of this stunning retreat center. The full-day will help you to build awareness, resilience and acceptance which will enable you to ground and release anxieties stored in the body and mind.

We will also provide you with recordings and videos of a selection of the days practices to takeaway so you can continue to use the techniques back in the outside World.
