I would like to invite you on a morning of mindfulness at the beautiful Retreat New Forest. I will hold the space guiding you in breathing techniques both in movement (very gentle mindful movement) and in stillness (seated and lying meditation), to help you to calm and ground.
Let’s come together to recognise what’s showing up for us in body and mind, explore it and practice dropping down from the whirlwind mind and releasing some of the tensions we build up in our bodies.
This workshop is suitable for all, if you are a complete beginner or have practised many times. All is very gentle and fully guided. The full morning retreat including yummy, healthy sweet treats from ‘Nourishing Moves’ and warming herbal tea. I can’t wait to be together, practice, ground and connect with you.
