Welcome to this summer, Mindfulness Retreat of stillness, connection and mindful movement, to SPARK YOUR INNER JOY.
This full day of Mindfulness will include:
a grounding/ settling meditation to arrive at the beautiful Retreat New Forest with body and breath.
Gentle, playful & intuitive mindful movement to step into the body, to drop down from the whirlwind mind, feeling into what your body wants and needs to feel lighter and brighter
Breathwork to shift what is held in you
A Happiness body scan, breathing warm feelings through the entire body, bathing yourself in good feelings, to spark joy
Plenty of guided journaling, creative writing and reflection time
Mindful, summer (barefoot) walking outside to walk yourself 'home to joy'
Nourishing/ Depleting exercise- How your lifestyle choices effect your happiness level?
A sitting (or lying) Deep gratitude meditation. Recognising the GOLD in your life
You will leave the day glowing inside and shining outwards. Suitable for all. As an introduction to the main mindfulness practices if you are new to mindfulness, or an opportunity to deepen your practice if you already have some experience. I am excited to connect with and share with some new and familiar faces.
