Workshop Description
Being a mum is rewarding and at times exhausting! This is a session just for you. Some time to refill your cup, replenish and give yourself the care you deserve.
Mamma’s Time Relax is held in the Retreat’s cosy Barn Studio.
Gentle movement and nourishing breath work to re-connect to you, feel more spacious and centred
Deep relaxation focusing on healing and renewal of body, mind and soul
The chance to connect with other mamas over a calming tea
The lovely Crow Spotter café is onsite offering delicious plant-based lunches and refreshments to continue your relaxing day (booking is advisable at weekends).

The workshop will be held as a small group in the Retreat’s cosy barn space. Places are limited so booking is essential.
About Gail
Gail is an accredited Wellness Coach, Yoga Teacher and Mum of young twin girls. She originally trained in Classical Hatha Yoga in India with world renowned Himalayan Master, Yogrishi Vishvketu (PhD). She also guides Pregnancy Yoga, Yin & Restorative Yoga and has a special interest in women’s health.
She draws on aspects of practice including posture, breathwork, relaxation, meditation techniques and philosophy. Through yoga, Gail aims to encourage more balance, calm and connection with mind, body and breath.
