For those mama’s in their 2nd and 3rd trimester Taliyoga invites you to move and breathe in this supportive community with others on the path to motherhood. Within this 4 week course, we will focus on the flow of your own breath linked with accessible movement, Tali will guide you through a sequence of postures including standing and seated to support with wellbeing during pregnancy, labour, and birthing.
These courses can be booked in succession or on a one-off basis, each course will explore different aspects of Yoga and wellbeing within the journey of your pregnancy. On booking, you will receive a course outline and during your time on the mat, you will receive helpful handouts to support continuing your practice at home.
Elements of meditation and pranayama (breath- work) are also included within the sessions, as well as a final relaxation at the end of each practice, to encourage grounding and restoration. This practice gives you and your bump time together, to connect and bond in a safe and supported space.
Tali teaches with the intention to support others to explore their own path and individuality and to share the many benefits of yoga together.
