DEEP REST workshop gives you room where you can take time and space to go deep, to fully let go in order to receive and recharge your batteries, replenishing your inner resources.

We will use gentle yoga poses, meditation, mindfulness and pranayama to invite rejuvenation, revitalisation and deep relaxation techniques. In this unique practice, you will connect with your soul through the psoas release and deep breathing, restoring and soothing the nervous system; moving from intensity to serenity and tranquility. We slow things down allowing ourselves to feel. And feeling your emotions is what helps us heal ourselves, our souls and our hearts.
