Come join Rj on this Fun, play, sharing and healing day. A very hands-on practical day with bowls, gongs, bells, tinsha's and voice, learning some basic sound healing techniques.
All healing together, raising the vibration and energy of the collective consciousness.
Please feel free to bring your favorite bowl or sound instrument with you and enjoy a beautiful day of sound healing, play, sharing and laughter.
What to bring
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat and cushion to sit on.
Food and refreshments are available in the Crow Spotter cafe.
