Dr Mihaela Zdrali will share the principles of therapeutic help, allowing you to take control of your thoughts and emotions, reduce anxiety and build your confidence, to help enhance your vitality and strengthen your emotional resilience.
Discover the power of good nutrition
Improving digestion can support you through physical challenges to better well-being. Dr Caroline Longmore will provide a workshop on nutritional medicine, giving you a chance to have your questions answered on how to support your body’s own healing, reduce inflammation, transform your eating habits, improve sleep and boost your immune system and increase energy levels and motivation and mood stabilization.
Expert help on hand
The retreat is offered by The Bodymind Centre, an integrative healthcare service, based in Weybridge. Its principals are Dr Mihaela Zdrali, a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with over 15 years of experience working privately and, in the NHS, and Dr Caroline Longmore, who has over 40 years of experience in traditional and complementary medicine and is an expert in the use of natural remedies to help the body heal itself.
What the day includes
Cleansing and detoxifying meals will be provided in the form of organic juices/smoothies throughout the day (you may opt for a plant-based lunch from Crow Spotter café)
Seminar on nervous system and influence on stress and illness
