Are you looking for some time to restore and rejuvenate with a summer ‘mini retreat’? This summer self-care workshop is an opportunity to refill your cup with gentle flows, restorative yoga and extended yoga nidra relaxation.
The gentle flow practice will take place in the beautiful grounds of the Retreat New Forest (weather permitting), leading to a floor-based restorative / yin based practice. The practice will finish in the Barn studio with an extended deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra meditation and Tibetan sound bowls. This is the perfect opportunity to unplug, re-connect and restore body, mind and soul.
At the end of the workshop, a refreshing tea and treat is provided. The lovely Crow Spotter café is onsite offering delicious plant-based lunches and refreshments to continue your relaxing day (booking is advisable at weekends).
I look forward to welcoming you.
