Walking Therapy – with New Forest Mindfulness Centre

We are delighted to be able to offer one-to-one ‘walking therapy' sessions with the New Forest Mindfulness Centre, in the extended grounds of the Retreat New Forest.

The New Forest Mindfulness Centre is working in new ways to offer psychological therapies which foster human connection, whilst re-connecting to nature.  

Dr. Maret Dymond-Basset will lead the session,  taking a socially distanced walk, whilst undertaking talking therapy, in the grounds of the Retreat New Forest.
