Wellbeing Day Retreat

As our previous two wellbeing day retreats booked out very quickly we have now added a third date - Sunday 18th July

After living through one of the most stressful and anxiety-inducing year of our lives, focusing on wellbeing has never been more valuable or needed.  I want to help you adjust to coming out of lockdown and to figure out what positives you have learnt from it all.

This retreat day is perfect for awakening and re-emerging. It will focus on boosting your energy, time for reflection, connection and deep relaxation.

Turn off the challenges of the past year and share this tranquil space with like-minded people to:

  • Take time out to relax and restore

  • Have the space to process your past years’ experience

  • Find a positive way of moving forward

  • Feel connected and supported

  • Enjoy yourself

What do I need?

Comfortable, warm indoor and outdoor clothing, Yoga mat, Eye pillow/scarf, 2 x Yoga blocks or firm cushions/pillows, blanket, water.

After 4pm you can choose if you would like to join me on a guided, mindful walk and sound meditation in Bolderwood to finish our memorable day.


Retreat Price

£60 per-person or £110 per household

£52 if you already have another block booking or monthly membership
