Enjoy a heart opening, playful and creative Zen Yoga practice followed by accessible, flowing Vinyasa sequences. Pause for herbal teas and a treat.
Transition into a restorative and healing Yin Yoga and finish with a relaxing Nidra meditation.
In this workshop the postures will stimulate the heart/small intestine meridians in alignment with Traditional Chinese Medicine and the fire element that governs this season.
A lovely opportunity to try 3 different styles of yoga and a meditation with 2 senior and experienced teachers registered with the yoga alliance UK.
The workshop will be taught by Zoe Lee and Jane Morgan Jones.
You will leave the practice feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and healthy.
Suitable for all levels including beginners.

Please bring a yoga mat, blankets/pillows/bolsters or cushions as we are not allowed to give these out at this time.
