Join Tali and Mags for a day of excitement. Summer is full bloom or action time. Annual energy is at its highest – the element in season is Fire which drives matters of the heart and transformation.

Have you ever noticed that when you have a surge of excitement, passion, or motivation, you feel as though you can take on the world? Through two yoga classes, guided meditation and a mindful walk, you will tap into this creative energy. Leave feeling pure, alive, and ready to go!

Let Go and Flow retreats invite beginner Yogi’s, Yogi’s returning to practice and Yogi’s with a committed practice. Herbal teas, a delicious vegan lunch and homemade sweet treats are all included to nourish you throughout your time with us.

What to expect:

  • The day will begin with a dynamic Vinyasa Yoga Flow empowering you to tap into your passion, take risks, play, experiment and explore – celebrate your gifts & talents and do more of what you love. In the afternoon, we'll slow things down with a blend of restorative and yin yoga as a path to inner stillness and calm.

  • Summer is the season of light, joy, brightness, high energy. We will connect with the energy of Summer, and through our meditation practice, we will explore a variety of meditation techniques to help you get inspired and shed what no longer serves you. Explore mantra meditation, chanting, breath-based techniques and guided visualisations.

  • A delicious and nutritious lunch is prepared by Crow Spotter using fresh, wholesome ingredients that fuel your body and mind. Their motto is: "Conscious, natural living. For us, this means living in tune with the seasons, in harmony with our fellow beings and with the freedom to express our true selves."

  • In the afternoon, you can unwind with our Afternoon Chillout Yoga Class promoting a sense of inner calm on a deeper level. To balance the heat and energy of the summer season, we'll aim to cultivate the opposite environment on the inside of the body — cool and calm. We will finish off with a dreamy Yoga Nidra. This guided deep state of relaxation will support rest, reflection and recharging.

The Yoga Day Retreat activities and the food will have you floating out the door when it's time to leave.
