Yoga Trapeze with Zoe Lee

Yoga Trapeze is a suspension yoga system great for back pain, core strength, functional upper body strength, balance, and flexibility.

Using the Trapeze, you get the benefits of both normal yoga and inversion therapy.

One of the biggest benefits of hanging in the hammock is the relief on the spine, as you hang, the muscles in your spine release and relax, reducing pressure and joint compression.

The Trapeze features three rubber-grip handles for pulling and grip strength which are equally valuable. You will experience increased upper body and core strength since holding onto the handles for support engages your arms, shoulders, and abs. Trapeze Yoga helps improve joint mobility by opening up tight areas, enabling you to stretch deeper so improving your flexibility.

Beyond the health benefits, the inversion Trapeze also assists you in deeper positions such as back bends, helping build a strong core, and elongating your muscles at the same time.

Trapeze Yoga can be used by both beginner and advanced yogis alike. it’s also loads of fun hanging out!!

What do I need to bring?

Please bring your own mat.

The Trapeze hammock and handles will be machined washed at 60 degrees after each class.
