Who are your hosts?
We are two expert birth workers, with six children between us; we remember what it's like. We also know what helps our clients feel relaxed, in control, and positive. We have created a special day for you to step out of the everyday hectic nature of life, and take time to nurture yourself. A gift of a day to focus on YOU, heal, focus on how you want to feel, release what needs releasing to make room for your intentions to manifest. So you rest, rise and FLOURISH into Mammahood!

Hi I’m Becca, a experienced midwife of 16 years and consultant practitioner, a trained reflexologist, hypnobirthing practitioner and mamma of 2. I am currently studying for a PhD in Matrescence (the transition to motherhood) and fear of birth.
I have spent a large proportion of my career in the community and birth centres and have a strong focus on supporting and empowering women in their choices and complex planning for all aspects of the motherhood journey.
I believe that the postnatal period and those first few years of motherhood are not only important for our babies and families as a whole but offer the opportunity for deep personal growth. This period in a woman’s life deserves greater reverence in our culture and we hope to bring that feeling to you on our day retreat. I can’t wait to see you there.

I’m a qualified NLP Coach, a Birthing Hypnotherapist, a 200hr Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga teacher & Qoya teacher. My work guides YOU towards your body's incredible innate wisdom & cultivates a deep sense of self trust.
