Give yourself some much-needed nurturing as the nights draw in and join me on this Winter retreat in the New Forest. Step back, embrace the winter season and relax.

What is the timing?

We start at 10 am and finish at ‘The Retreat’ around 4.30 pm.  The group will decide if they want to begin the retreat with a guided, mindful walk in Bolderwood (https://www.new-forest-national-park.com/bolderwood-deer-sanctuary) or if the preference is to begin at the venue.

What is included in the Day Retreat?

  • Welcome Circle

  • Refreshments - Herbal teas/coffee and filtered water

  • Mindfulness - take the opportunity to develop mindfulness skills through guided meditations and activities

  • Mindful Movement - Tai Chi and Yoga based

  • Hatha and Restorative Yoga

  • Time for Reflection - enjoy guided and free time in this beautiful space

  • Connection – with nature and like-minded people

  • Deep Relaxation and Sound Bath including gong

  • Guided Mindful Forest Walk (optional)

What do I need?

  • Comfortable, warm indoor and waterproof outdoor clothing

  • Yoga mat

  • Eye pillow/scarf

  • 2 x Yoga blocks or firm cushions/pillows

  • Blanket

  • Water
