Spend your morning reenergising the body with a detoxing Yoga and Tai Chi Flow, and your afternoon reawakening your senses with Gentle Yoga and Yin Yoga combined.
We will be joined by the lovely Shelley, a breath work facilitator – who will bring us a truly transformational ‘conscious, connected breath’ workshop! An exciting experience to completely ‘spring clean’ your mind. This technique is used for emotional release, to promote mental clarity and to connect you to the deepest dimensions of yourself.
