Course Details

You will learn about the science behind birth and with that understanding, some nifty tools and a few giggles, you will get confident and feel positive about your birthing ability. Hypnobirthing covers A LOT.

Some of what you'll learn:

  • How your body works for birth physiology, hormones and how your brain runs the show

  • What you can do to help the process

  • What your rights are in birth

  • Tools to stay calm and positive throughout pregnancy and birth

  • How to prepare your body

  • Making a birth plan - how, why, what and where

  • Birth partner role and importance (and choosing your birth team

  • Birth bag packing

  • Postnatal planning

And lots, of course, extras not usually provided on a hypnobirthing course:
