Aerial Yoga with Zoe Lee

Aerial Yoga uses a soft low hanging hammock that’s safely suspended from the ceiling as a prop to support your body weight through various yoga poses. You get the benefits of both normal yoga and inversion therapy.

One of the biggest benefits of hanging in the hammock is the relief on the spine, as you hang, the muscles in your spine release and relax, reducing pressure and joint compression.

You will experience increased upper body and core strength since holding onto the hammock for support engages your arms, shoulders, and abs. Aerial Yoga helps improve joint mobility by opening up tight areas, enabling you to stretch deeper so improving your flexibility.

Aerial Yoga can be used by both beginner and advanced yogis alike. it’s also loads of fun hanging out!!

What do I need to bring?

Please bring your own mat.

Please note the aerial hammock's will be machined washed at 60 degrees after each class.
